Mythos
was originally developed by Flagship Studios' team in Seattle. It was meant to be a small game designed to test the network infrastructure of Hellgate: London before it went live. However, the game grew quickly and soon became a full-fledged project on its own. While working on Hellgate I was also making sounds for Mythos' creatures, UI, ambiences, and spells/skills. As a huge fan of the Diablo series I had a ton of fun working on a fantasy top down ARPG being developed by the pioneers of the genre. Mythos launched as a beta but never had an official commercial release before Flagship Studios folded. The game was later sold and eventually released in Europe.
